Order Processing

Shipping Restrictions

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship from different warehouse locations. You may receive multiple packages from a single order. No additional shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Customs
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country’s customs agency. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the merchandise cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders over $300 require signature upon delivery. You may authorize a carrier release through your tracking information if available in your area.
